About Jeff

Jeff is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. He joined Rosenberg Martin Greenberg in September 2018. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and white collar criminal defense.  Before joining RMG, Jeff was a litigation associate at a full-service business law firm in New York, where he represented a wide array of clients engaged in litigation in state and federal court.  He advises his clients on a variety of issues, including commercial disputes, real estate matter, business torts, intellectual property infringement, employment matters, and white collar and other criminal matters.  Jeff’s practice includes litigation in the financial services, real estate, education, and insurance sectors.  Jeff also has significant experience representing clients in trials and arbitrations.

Jeff began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Hudson County (N.J.) Prosecutor’s Office.  During his time at the Prosecutor’s Office, Jeff tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict and argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division.  He routinely investigated and prosecuted violent crimes, gang-related offenses, and felony firearms and narcotics cases.  Jeff previously served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul M. DePascale, J.S.C. in New Jersey Superior Court.  He is admitted to the state bars of Maryland, New York, and New Jersey.
